Your Tray
How To Use

Step 1
Place or hold the Perio Tray™ open side up.

Step 2
Apply a small, thin line across the tooth indentations.

Step 3
Place the tray into your mouth so the tray covers all the teeth and fully seats in place. Spit out any excess medication.

Step 4
The Perio Tray™ should comfortably and completely seat
against the gingiva (gums). -
Step 5
Wear your trays for the time prescribed by your doctor.

Step 6
Remove the trays after the prescribed time has elapsed.
Brush your teeth to remove any excess medication. -
Step 7
After every treatment, rinse your trays with cold water.
DO NOT USE HOT WATER. At least once a day, brush your trays thoroughly with a small amount of hydrogen peroxide gel or toothpaste containing baking soda. -
Step 8
Gently towel-dry your trays.
