A custom-fitted tray that does what a toothbrush can’t
The Perio Tray™ looks a little like a clear retainer or mouthguard — but it’s doing something a retainer never could. Each tray is custom-made for your mouth from impressions or scans of your teeth, with an internal seal that’s the heart of the whole design.
That seal lets the tray carry prescription gel exactly where it’s needed — deep below the gum line and held against the surface of your teeth — and keep it there long enough to work. Ordinary brushing, rinsing and flossing simply can’t do that, which is why some problems keep coming back.

Get your custom trays
Your dentist takes impressions or scans of your mouth. Our St. Louis lab uses them to build trays fitted precisely to you.

Treat at home, daily
Place a small amount of your prescribed gel in each tray and wear it for just 10–15 minutes a day — while you shower, watch TV, or get ready.
Your dentist designs a plan specific to you, and adjusts it over time. Once your gums reach the results you’re after, treatment shifts to simple maintenance to keep them there.
